Shipping policy

This policy applies to eligible METAbiotics products purchased directly from The Akkermansia Company US, Inc. through shopMETAbiotics.com. The Akkermansia Company US, Inc. operates the website and markets and sells products under the METAbiotics The Akkermansia Company brand.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed.

Once processed, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Please note that business days generally do not include weekends or holidays, and orders do not process or ship on weekends.  

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.  

While we work hard to ensure orders arrive as quickly as possible, shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates and can occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control. If your package experiences an unexpected delay, our Customer Experience team is always happy to help investigate and provide support.
